About The Role

We are in search of a Customer Success Manager to meet the increasing market demand for our solutions. In this position, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and retaining our office and firm accounts.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee training and implementation of services for new clients, ensuring high levels of adoption and engagement.
  • Utilize your product expertise to address complex customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, establishing yourself as their trusted advisor.
  • Analyze account usage patterns and develop communication strategies to foster high engagement and improve retention.
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive strategic value, promote solution adoption, and recommend best practices to enhance the customer experience.

This position is categorized as Remote. Employees can work from a location of their choice within the U.S., with some exceptions based on role requirements.


In specific states, the standard base pay range for this role is $44.40 hourly. This range is applicable to certain locations and may not reflect other areas.


In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for equity awards based on various factors including experience and performance.

Who You Are

  • Possess 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS or XaaS environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to cultivate positive relationships with clients, both over the phone and in person.
  • Exhibit a passion for understanding clients' goals and assisting them in achieving those objectives.
  • Show enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and master product knowledge.
  • Be an engaging presenter, both in webinars and face-to-face interactions.
Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
