Job Summary:

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our team. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of administrative expertise and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze information to develop and maintain filing and retrieval systems.
  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests.
  • Perform routine administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.

Requirements:

  • Specialized administrative support experience with a Navy acquisition program or related/comparable administrative support experience with Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.
  • Experience applying the Navy Correspondence Manual to assigned duties.
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system.
  • Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Researching and routing correspondence.
  • Drafting letters and documents.
  • Collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications.
  • Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Maintaining files of correspondence, directives, instructions, and other publications.
  • Creating, maintaining, and auditing personnel records and action requests.
  • Submitting and reconciling expense reports.
  • Assisting with the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence.
  • Updating and maintaining Organizational Charts through Visio and SharePoint filing system.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of administrative client support.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Ability to learn and apply administrative support concepts to assigned duties.
  • Able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

  • Excellent communication skills.
