Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Lead the development and implementation of management strategies and plans to ensure project success.
    • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to senior management and project teams on complex issues.
    • Oversee the preparation, coordination, and submission of project materials ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Mentor and supervise junior analysts, ensuring high quality and consistency in their work.
    • Manage engineering and technical programs, ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards.
    • Utilize a variety of tools for effective project management and reporting.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Conduct regular project assessments and implement continuous improvement practices.
  • Leadership and Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior management, project teams, and stakeholders.
    • Communicate project status, progress, and results to senior management and project teams.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and project teams.
  • Technical Skills
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Tableau, & Microsoft Access.
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Visio.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent.
    • Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications, such as PMP or Agile.
    • Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification.
  • Experience
    • Demonstrated experience in project management for engineering and technical programs.
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Clearance
    • Secret clearance required.
    • Top-Secret clearance preferred.
