Your passion for gathering client evaluations and feedback will be key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Engage with dormant and low-volume accounts, aiming to reactivate and elevate these relationships. As the main contact, you will connect with clients through various communication channels to offer business development assistance, marketing support, and training.

Serve as the primary liaison for account management needs of selected non-priority accounts. Initiate calls to prioritized clients based on their potential and regional needs, collaborating with the sales team to coordinate in-person visits when necessary.

Work closely with Business Development Managers to ensure comprehensive coverage and communication for all accounts. Participate in weekly regional sales meetings to stay updated and provide insights that enhance the client experience.

Generate regular dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and related activities, sharing findings with the sales team.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and cultivate opportunities within your territory, assisting with special projects as needed. Provide remote support to accounts by resolving customer complaints or addressing escalated issues.

Focus on improving the overall client experience and delivering exceptional support daily. The Client Success Representative will be the go-to expert on all aspects of HydraFacial.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in account management within the aesthetics market, particularly in dermatology, plastic surgery, or high-end spa environments (minimum of 4 years).

Hands-on training experience is preferred, with a background in aesthetics being a plus but not mandatory.

A strong passion for skincare and comfort in performing HydraFacial treatments on clients.

Experience assisting medical practices or spas in building their business around products.
