About Your RoleAs a Customer Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail and pet care associates to deliver a safe, clean, and fun environment for our pets and pet parents. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Pet Parent Engagement: You will set the standards for customer engagement, ensuring that every pet and pet parent has a positive experience in our stores.
- Associate Leadership: You will help to lead a team of retail and pet care associates who are passionate about pets and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Overall Retail Initiatives: You will work closely with our store leadership team to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.
