Position Overview:
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Accounting, the successful candidate will lead a team and oversee the global process for creating customer master records.

This role involves managing the daily operations of customer master setup to support Business Operations and Sales Operations teams.

The individual in this position will collaborate closely with Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams, as well as business partners from BU Finance, Sales Operations, Trade Compliance, and IT teams, to manage customer reporting hierarchies and key attributes for financial reporting and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer master management and revenue/accounting roles within high-tech or similar industries
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical aptitude
- Experience managing global offshore resources
- Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Cloud environments is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Compensation & Benefits:
An employee's pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, geographic location, and business needs.

The salary range represents what we believe to be the possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

Eligible employees will participate in Western Digital's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on company and individual performance.
