Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Director of Revenue Accounting, this role involves overseeing a team responsible for the global management of customer master record creation. The position entails daily operations related to customer master setup, supporting both Business Operations and Sales Operations teams.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Revenue Accounting and Reporting teams, as well as business partners from various departments, including Finance, Sales Operations, Trade Compliance, and IT. Key responsibilities include managing customer reporting hierarchies and essential attributes for financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years of experience in customer master management and revenue/accounting roles within high-tech or similar sectors.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel skills and possess strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience managing global offshore resources is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Oracle Cloud environments is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
