Position Overview:
As a Senior Manager of Commercial Performance & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational effectiveness and commercial success of our luxury brand. Your expertise will be instrumental in tracking performance metrics, reporting on essential KPIs, and formulating strategic insights through comprehensive data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Tracking:
- Collaborate with the Commercial Vice President to define and manage budgets.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring thorough analysis and communication.
- Establish and monitor weekly and monthly sales objectives.

Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and deliver insightful reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate rolling forecasts in partnership with area managers.
- Develop tools to enhance performance management and ensure data integrity.

Market Insights:
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Support the Commercial Team with relevant market information, including economic conditions and consumer trends.

Performance Management:
- Analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of commercial operations.
- Lead the implementation of new retail tools and programs in collaboration with various departments.
- Evaluate initiatives against objectives and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence:
- Supervise the Retail Operations Manager to ensure best practices are implemented across the boutique network.
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and cost control.

Network Optimization:
- Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize the retail network and uphold brand standards.
- Ensure the harmonization of commercial terms with partners in the region.

Strategic Planning:
- Work with the Commercial VP and other departments to develop and execute strategic action plans.
- Align operational strategies with business objectives to foster growth and profitability.

Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive integrated commercial strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in international sales, retail, or marketing, with significant experience in the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in IT, particularly advanced Excel, and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are required.
