About the Position:
The Account Manager is responsible for guiding clients through the comprehensive quoting and binding process by securing all necessary documentation.

Account Managers play a crucial role in servicing new clients while managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring strong connections with our insurance partners.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
Offers support to clients at all levels, including decision-makers and daily contacts.

Proactively follows up with clients to meet their needs and resolve any issues or inquiries.

Gathers all required documentation for quoting and binding an asset.

Develops strategies for client renewals and new business, including crafting proposals and presentations.

Introduces innovative products and ensures that the necessary resources are available within the organization for the client. Identifies opportunities for cross-selling additional coverages when advantageous.

Insurance Carrier Management:
Submits assets to multiple markets, comparing quotes to present the most favorable options to clients.

Responsible for compiling all documentation and submitting the bind order to underwriting.

Ensures follow-up to confirm that the policy has been bound and that no further actions are required.

Manages renewals and takes them to market effectively.

Collaboration and Training:
Participates in training sessions, courses, and meetings to keep skills current.

Works collaboratively with Producers, Account Managers, and Customer Service Representatives to deliver optimal service to clients.

Qualifications & Experience:
Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License is mandatory.

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Commercial Lines accounts and a strong technical understanding of middle market and large Commercial Lines insurance.

Experience with EPIC is advantageous but not essential.
