Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to lead our residential services team, providing cutting-edge trauma-focused care (assessment, therapy, case management) to children and their families affected by human trafficking and complex trauma. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee both administrative and clinical functions while supporting trauma therapists in delivering trauma-informed group and individual therapy to assist child survivors of sexual violence.

This role includes the provision of direct therapy services to a designated number of child survivors, as well as offering direct supervision to master’s level clinicians and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide direct therapy to child survivors and supervise clinical staff.
  • Support trauma therapists in their therapeutic practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field, or a Doctoral degree in a human service-related discipline.
  • Current clinical license in Maryland (LCSW-C, LCPC).
  • Board-approved supervisor status (LCSW-C, LCPC) or completion of supervision training within six months of hire.
  • Understanding of issues related to sexual trauma and gender-based violence.
  • Demonstrated experience in trauma-informed counseling.
  • Cultural competency in working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with database management systems.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience with survivors of sexual violence.
  • At least three years of experience providing trauma-focused therapy to youth and families.
