Job Summary

Milliken & Company is a global leader in materials science, delivering innovative solutions for the textile, flooring, chemical, and healthcare industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, covering the territories of Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of current contract sales and new account acquisitions in the territory.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers in the territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the end-use channel.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial dealer channel strategies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience or A&D background.
  • Strong understanding of the flooring sales process from design to installation.
  • Well-developed communication and execution management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
