Sales Development Manager

As a Sales Development Manager at Peter Cremer North America, you will be responsible for developing new customer relationships and managing oleochemical sales and services. You will work closely with the Sales Talent Development & Key Accounts Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned sales territory
Use CRM, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services
Analyze business developments and monitor market trends to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information and best practices
Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
Maintain accurate and current customer records using automated systems
Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing
Requirements:
B.A. or B.S. degree in a Business-related discipline or equivalent combination of experience and education
At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales position
Ability to reside in the northeast region or Midatlantic region of the United States
