The Virginia Education Association (VEA) is in search of a dynamic, strategic, and inspiring leader for the role of Executive Director. This individual will collaborate closely with the Association's governance and staff to provide essential operational leadership, ensuring the fulfillment of VEA's mission: "to unite our members and local communities across the Commonwealth in delivering a high-quality public education that empowers every student to achieve their full potential. Our belief is that this can be realized through advocacy for students, education professionals, and support staff."
ROLE SUMMARY

- Experience in public education advocacy and a strong belief in the role of unions.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development for staff.
EDUCATION:
