TECHEAD is in search of a proficient Cybersecurity Chief of Staff, possessing a CISSP certification, who will be instrumental in supporting the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and the cybersecurity division. This role encompasses the management of daily operations, strategic oversight, and the coordination of cybersecurity initiatives throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust background in cybersecurity, outstanding leadership capabilities, and the proficiency to oversee intricate projects and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Collaborate with the CISO to formulate and execute the organization's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
  • Operational Management: Supervise the daily functions of the cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
  • Project Leadership: Direct and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely completion while adhering to budgetary and quality standards.
  • Policy Formulation: Create, review, and revise cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate cybersecurity risks to safeguard the organization's information assets.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the cybersecurity team and other departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Incident Management: Coordinate and oversee responses to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring prompt resolution and documentation.
  • Training Development: Design and implement cybersecurity training and awareness initiatives for employees at all levels.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cybersecurity initiatives and operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage complex projects and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
