Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing a Medicaid-funded healthcare facility, preferably in substance abuse treatment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including Medicaid and substance abuse treatment standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and manage complex budgets.
