The Chief People Officer employs evidence-based methods to effectively implement HR tools and strategies, ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations. This role also involves leading and empowering the People Team to maximize performance and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources
- A minimum of 3 years in a Director-level position
- Experience in a supervisory capacity is essential
- Proficiency in recruitment strategies and methodologies
- Understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements
