Job Summary

The Aspenwood Company is seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Concierge to join our team at our Village of Meyerland location. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage all incoming public traffic, providing assistance and answering questions as needed.
  • Receive and greet guests, residents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Assist with inquiries, provide information, and respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the sales and marketing team by effectively managing inquiries and following established marketing strategies.
  • Operate the paging and telephone system, answering calls and routing them as necessary.
  • Assist with maintenance orders, monitor emergency calls, and respond in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Provide transportation services for residents, as needed.
  • Participate in the community's emergency response team and maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects and tasks.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prior customer service experience, front desk, and telephone experience preferred.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
  • Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel.
