Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage all incoming public traffic, providing assistance and answering questions as needed.
- Receive and greet guests, residents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, setting the tone for a positive experience.
- Assist with inquiries, provide information, and respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support the sales and marketing team by effectively managing inquiries and following established marketing strategies.
- Operate the paging and telephone system, answering calls and routing them as necessary.
- Assist with maintenance orders, monitor emergency calls, and respond in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide transportation services for residents, as needed.
- Participate in the community's emergency response team and maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects and tasks.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Prior customer service experience, front desk, and telephone experience preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver's License required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and attention to detail.
- Understanding of HIPAA requirements.
- Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel.
