Job Overview:

Blink Holdings, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Member Engagement: Greet every member and guest with a smile and a friendly demeanor, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Membership Sales: Tour potential members around the club, showcasing our facilities and services, and work towards signing them up for a membership.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner, responding to member inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operational Procedures: Execute all opening and closing operational procedures to ensure the club runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Member Support: Handle member requests and concerns with a sense of urgency, providing solutions and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Club Maintenance: Actively participate in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the club, including frequent bending, lifting, and walking around the club to ensure equipment is in order.
  • Training and Development: Sign members up for startup sessions with our Personal Trainers, helping them to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular and punctual attendance, ensuring that you are available to support our members and guests during operating hours.
  • Company Policies: Comply with all company policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally, as well as remain in a stationary position at the front desk for the majority of the workday.
  • Problem-Solving: Works hard, multi-tasks, and is a problem solver, able to think on their feet and provide solutions to member concerns.
  • Brand Ambassadors: Passion for the Blink brand and its mission to provide a premium quality, value-based fitness experience.
