About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager to join our team in the Enterprise segment in the US. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and executing the growth marketing strategy for the Central Region.

You will develop and implement field marketing initiatives, including events, ABM programs, and partner marketing activities, to drive demand and pipeline growth in the Americas Central Enterprise region.

Key responsibilities include building the marketing plan for the region, identifying opportunities to drive hosted event formats, and working with cross-functional teams to support high-impact marketing campaigns and programs.

You will also be responsible for tracking spend within the allocated budget and building effective reports to determine performance and ROI of marketing initiatives.

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will be a key contributor to the success of our Enterprise segment and will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of marketers and sales professionals.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional who is passionate about driving growth and building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build the marketing plan for the region, integrating field events, ABM programs, and partner marketing activities
  • Identify opportunities to drive hosted event formats, such as CxO events, customer-led panels, and fireside chats
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support high-impact marketing campaigns and programs
  • Track spend within the allocated budget and build effective reports to determine performance and ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Own the lead lifecycle and drive funnel velocity to maximize conversions and help drive revenue growth in the region

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the enterprise software, SaaS, or security space
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate marketing impact across the organization
  • Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional field marketing initiatives executed under an integrated ABM strategy
  • Understanding of the customer journey and best marketing approaches by stage
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau (or other marketing automation and analytics tools)
