Role Summary

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing a robust corporate partnership strategy. This role focuses on securing financial support from both existing and potential partners while fostering and enhancing these critical relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary representative for corporate sponsors, managing sponsorship strategies and co-branding initiatives.
  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to engage and cultivate a diverse portfolio of corporate partners.
  • Create evaluation metrics to assess new partnership opportunities.
  • Design unique activation strategies that align with partner objectives while promoting Lambda Legal's mission.
  • Collaborate with the Director of National Sponsorships to maintain engagement schedules and manage all necessary communications and reports.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for current corporate partners, ensuring they receive benefits and updates.
  • Travel to events nationwide to oversee activations and meet with stakeholders.
  • Participate in the budgeting process for corporate revenue and expenses, preparing internal reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor contributions and manage sponsorship agreements.
  • Assist in the creation of promotional materials and newsletters for sponsors.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, with a focus on corporate relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven track record of cultivating and expanding relationships with funders.
  • Experience collaborating with executives and board members, particularly within LGBTQ+ and philanthropic sectors.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Innovative and adaptable work style, with a collaborative approach to fundraising initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and donor management software.
