Pest Management Specialist - $20/HR (Training Provided)

Position Overview:

Compensation: $20.00 PER HOUR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete our renowned paid training program to acquire the skills necessary for managing a pest control service route.
  • Adhere to a scheduled route within your designated area, ensuring timely and safe visits to each client.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that may enhance their pest management solutions.
  • Utilize your training to effectively address customer concerns and provide optimal pest control solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Accurately complete all service-related documentation using the handheld device provided for efficiency.
  • Contribute as a vital member of the local branch team.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess a valid driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening. Physical job requirements include:

  • Safely using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc.
  • Working in diverse weather conditions.
