Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, facilitating communication between customers, team members, and various departments within EcoShield. Your role will involve:

  • Handling daily customer service inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms, with a focus on proactive communication
  • Logging and managing calls from customers and team members in our secure internal system
  • Providing personalized assistance and education to clients, ensuring they remain informed and satisfied with their service appointments
  • Coordinating appointments for pest control services
  • Scheduling home inspections for existing clients
  • Monitoring technician schedules to ensure timely service delivery
  • Conducting system clean-ups as required
  • Escalating complex inquiries to management when necessary
  • Completing required training in our operational systems

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

This position involves primarily sedentary work, requiring prolonged periods of sitting and screen time. The work environment is a climate-controlled office with moderate noise levels. Occasionally, the role may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and are willing to work flexible hours, including weekdays and some weekends. Preference will be given to applicants who possess:

  • Bilingual skills
  • A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, particularly in phone and electronic communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A typing speed of at least 60 words per minute
