We are currently seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our expanding team. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to guarantee that our clients receive the highest level of satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary contact for our clients, facilitating communication between customers, colleagues, and various departments. Your role will involve:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other messaging platforms with a focus on proactive engagement
  • Logging and managing calls from customers and technicians in our secure internal system
  • Providing tailored customer service and education to address inquiries and ensure clients remain informed about their appointments
  • Coordinating appointments for pest control services, both new and recurring
  • Scheduling home inspections for existing clients
  • Monitoring technician schedules to ensure timely service delivery
  • Conducting regular system clean-ups
  • Escalating issues to management when necessary
  • Completing required training in our systems

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

This position requires the ability to perform essential functions, which may include:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
  • Working in a climate-controlled office with moderate noise levels
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays and some holidays

Preference will be given to applicants who:

  • Are bilingual
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Can type at least 60 words per minute
