Compensation: $20.00 PER HOUR

No Prior Experience Required. Comprehensive Training Available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete our award-winning, hourly paid training program to acquire the necessary skills for managing a pest control service route.
  • Adhere to a designated route schedule within your assigned area, ensuring punctual and safe arrival at each client location.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and equipment.
  • Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that align with their pest management needs.
  • Utilize the in-depth training provided to identify the most effective pest solutions tailored to each customer's requirements.
  • Complete all necessary service-related documentation accurately and efficiently using the handheld device provided.
  • Act as a vital member of the local branch team.

Requirements:

A valid driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening are necessary. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following duties with or without accommodations:

  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight limits.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Access crawl spaces, attics, confined areas, rooftops, etc., safely.
  • Work in various weather conditions.
