Role Overview: As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our patients. You will lead a team dedicated to providing an exceptional experience, ensuring that every interaction is handled with care and efficiency. Your leadership will guide your team in navigating the complexities of medication access, emphasizing clear communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily program operations and management.
  • Ensure adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements.
  • Implement and manage client-specific business rules.
  • Engage with your team daily to align on operational goals.
  • Facilitate team hiring, development, and training.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet program needs.
  • Ensure direct reports receive necessary training for proficiency.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Provide timely coaching and development for team members.
  • Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with SOPs.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Service-oriented, with a focus on meeting the needs of patients and caregivers.
  • Accountable for team performance and results.
  • Strong planning and prioritization abilities with attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing stress and disruptive situations effectively.
  • Proficient in emotional intelligence and confidentiality practices.
  • Demonstrates professionalism and strong customer service etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in computer usage and adaptable to change.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in personnel or team management.
  • Familiarity with specialty drug products, health insurance claims, and product commercialization is advantageous.
  • Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • Regularly required to communicate effectively and sit for extended periods.
  • Must be able to type with speed and accuracy.
  • This role operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment.
