The position of Senior Director of Patient Care Solutions at PharmaCord plays a crucial role within our business development and operational teams. The primary focus of this role is to design and implement innovative service offerings tailored to the requirements of our biopharma clients and their diverse stakeholders.
Taking on the role of Senior Director of Patient Care Solutions presents a unique opportunity to lead a diverse workforce that may include over 170 individuals across various management levels. The main goal is to create and deliver state-of-the-art patient services to our pharmaceutical and biotech partners. As a strategic collaborator, you will oversee the enhancement and advancement of patient service programs aimed at delivering value to clients, patients, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market access and commercialization strategies through comprehensive research on payer/provider landscapes, healthcare reimbursement trends, and product lifecycle data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and prospective clients to create solutions that address unmet product needs and highlight value propositions.
- Lead research initiatives on products, competitors, and current offerings within the industry.
- Analyze product requirements and client objectives to formulate customized solutions that emphasize value for all stakeholders.
- Engage in presentations, proposals, and responses to further support the proposed solutions.
- Actively participate in meetings with potential clients.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish service levels that measure the effectiveness and value of solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the client portfolio to ensure continuous value delivery, identifying opportunities for further enhancement.
- Assess operational processes for optimization, providing recommendations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee client accounts, cultivate relationships, and lead projects as necessary.
- Provide training and mentorship to internal staff, ensuring team readiness and development.
- Manage a portfolio of clients with teams of varying sizes and hierarchies.

- Proven experience in managing service solutions from inception to launch, with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Enthusiasm for addressing complex product challenges in a competitive industry environment.

Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business, public health administration, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.
- 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare patient services with a proven track record of driving innovation and value.
- Familiarity with specialty pharmaceutical and biotech markets and product commercialization.
- Experience leading large teams, including both managers and supervisors.
