Role Overview: As a Supervisor, you will have the chance to positively influence the lives of our patients daily, serving as a vital part of their dedicated support team as they navigate the complexities of accessing their medications. You will lead a team that delivers exceptional service to numerous patients each day, always mindful that each prescription or document pertains to a real individual seeking thorough and efficient management of their records. Your approach will be tailored to their needs, emphasizing clear communication, meticulous attention to detail regarding their medical records, and a comprehensive understanding of program requirements to ensure timely handling of prescriptions and cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily program operations management.
  • Ensure adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements.
  • Implement and manage ongoing client-specific business rules.
  • Engage in proactive daily communication with your team to ensure alignment with operational goals.
  • Facilitate team hiring, development, and training.
  • Maintain consistent staffing levels in accordance with program needs.
  • Ensure direct reports receive necessary training for proficiency in their roles.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future needs.
  • Provide timely coaching and development for direct reports in their functional areas.
  • Report Adverse Events and/or Product Complaint inquiries in compliance with SOP and good manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Previous experience in personnel or team management.
  • Familiarity with the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and product commercialization is advantageous.
  • Experience leading customer service teams is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This role requires regular communication and interaction with others. The employee may need to sit for extended periods, use hands for typing, and reach with hands and arms. Typing proficiency of 35 WPM with 97% accuracy is required.
  • Minimal travel flexibility may be preferred.
  • This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
