Role Overview: As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional support as they navigate the complexities of accessing their medications. You will lead a dedicated team, fostering an environment of compassion and efficiency while managing the details of patient records and program requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operational management of the program.
  • Ensure compliance with contracted Service Level Agreements.
  • Implement and manage client-specific business protocols.
  • Engage in proactive communication with your team to align on daily operations and objectives.
  • Facilitate hiring, training, and development of team members.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet program demands.
  • Ensure that team members receive necessary training for proficiency in their roles.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to build a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Provide timely coaching and development for direct reports.
  • Report any adverse events or product complaints in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
  • Previous experience in personnel or team management is essential.
  • Familiarity with specialty drug products, health insurance claims, and product commercialization is advantageous.
  • Experience leading customer service teams is preferred.

Work Environment:
