About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Patient Services to join our team at PharmaCord. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative patient services solutions that meet the needs of our biopharma clients and their stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Market Access and Commercialization Strategies: Utilize market research and analysis to develop effective market access and commercialization strategies for our clients' products.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, pharmacy, and other stakeholders to develop solutions and service levels that meet client needs.
  • Lead Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in patient services.
  • Develop and Implement Solutions: Develop and implement solutions that address client needs and provide value to their stakeholders.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Lead and Develop Teams: Lead and develop a team of professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in health sciences, business, public health administration, or social services; master's or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of experience in healthcare patient services, with a proven track record of growing services through innovation and value.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the specialty pharmaceutical and biotech marketplace, including commercialization of products.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and management skills, with experience managing large teams of 50+.
