Role Overview: As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our patients daily.   • Provide timely coaching and development for direct reports within your functional area.
  • Report any adverse events or product complaints in accordance with standard operating procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading customer service teams is a plus.

Work Environment:
