Role Overview: As a Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the patient experience daily. Patients will rely on your leadership as part of their dedicated support team, guiding them through the complexities of accessing their medications. You will lead a team committed to delivering exceptional service, always mindful that each prescription or document pertains to an individual seeking thorough and efficient management of their healthcare records. Your approach will be tailored to meet their needs through clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and mastery of program requirements, ensuring timely handling of prescriptions and cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily program operations and management.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Implement and manage client-specific business protocols.
  • Engage with your team daily to align on operational goals.
  • Facilitate team hiring, development, and training.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet program demands.
  • Ensure direct reports receive necessary training for proficiency.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to build a pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Provide consistent coaching and development for team members.
  • Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in personnel or team management.
  • Familiarity with specialty drug products, health insurance claims, and product commercialization is advantageous.
  • Prior experience leading customer service teams is beneficial.

Work Environment:

  • Regular communication and interaction with team members.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and typing are required.
