Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Tradesmen International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for obtaining orders or contracts for our services, building strong relationships with clients, and managing a portfolio of existing accounts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Create and grow sales by maintaining and exceeding sales goals, communicating client needs to the operations team, and generating sales leads and prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by regularly visiting their place of business, attending trade-related association and networking events, and participating on association committees.
  • Field Employee Management: Prepare field employees for assignments, build relationships with them, and manage their performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain client sales files, attend required meetings, complete sales activity reports, and respond to work-related injuries.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and field employees.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Regular and Predictable Attendance: Essential function of the job.
  • Computer Skills: Familiarity with standard computer systems and CRM systems.
