Job Summary:

The Boston Beer Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Brewery Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Account Management:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
    • Provide training and education to customers on our products and services
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and increase market share
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • 1+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
    • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
