Job Overview

Top Tier Reps LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/Territory Manager to join our team in the Oklahoma territory. This role focuses on selling point-of-care diagnostic equipment to hospitals, targeting departments such as the CCU, ICU, Cath Lab, Respiratory, and Laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell point-of-care diagnostic equipment to hospitals, developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the Oklahoma territory.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, physicians, and key decision-makers, demonstrating new technology and product innovations to potential clients.
  • Capital Sales Cycle Management: Manage the complete capital sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closing, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Travel and Territory Management: Travel within the territory as required, approximately 30% of the time, to meet with clients and prospects.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in capital equipment sales to hospitals, with a focus on critical care units such as CCU, ICU, Cath Lab, and Respiratory.
  • Qualifications: Proven ability to document and highlight sales success, including meeting or exceeding sales targets, Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong understanding of the capital sales cycle, and experience in navigating complex hospital procurement processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, ability to work independently while being a strong team player, and willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
  • Total Compensation Package: $160,000 - $180,000
