Position: Front Desk Clerk

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that every guest experience is outstanding and unforgettable.
  • Maintain and update the reservation system with accuracy.
  • Assist guests with booking inquiries and modifications.
  • Process payments and manage safety deposit boxes securely.
  • Address housekeeping and maintenance requests promptly.
  • Keep front desk supplies stocked and provide local information to guests.
  • Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to shift changes on short notice.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in cash handling and data entry is preferred.
