Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate reservations, accommodations, and amenities, ensuring that guest needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with Casino Hosts to identify and address guest needs, providing recommendations and solutions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest information, ensuring that all relevant details are recorded and communicated effectively.
  • Stay informed about all casino events and promotions, providing guests with relevant information and updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
