Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of paid advertising initiatives that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across our online and retail channels.
  • Support strategies to enhance awareness and conversions for our VIP program through paid media.
  • Oversee the execution of cooperative marketing efforts, collaborating closely with internal teams and primary brand partners.
  • Establish and maintain KPIs and reporting mechanisms to assess program effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key agencies, ensuring they are aligned with objectives, ROAS goals, priorities, timelines, content updates, and budget constraints.
  • Comprehend the paid media landscape and guide asset development from concept to execution, adhering to industry trends and brand standards.
  • Manage daily performance and reporting for essential paid channels, including Search, Shopping, SEO, Local SEO, Social Ads, Affiliate, YouTube, and Display/Retargeting.
  • Identify and implement innovative tactics or partnerships to attract new customers.
  • Oversee the acquisition budget in line with goals and ROAS targets, ensuring key team members are updated on spending trends and forecasts.
  • Maintain year-over-year history and details on campaigns and promotions, including run dates and performance metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Experience in multi-channel retailing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing attribution models that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge or experience in the fitness, wellness, or athletic sectors is ideal but not mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads platform, Impact (or similar affiliate platforms), and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Solid understanding of the performance marketing landscape with a proven ability to identify new opportunities and digital trends.
  • Proven expertise in paid search, SEO, YouTube, CTV, paid social, and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively, tracking expenditures, and ensuring ROAS goals are achieved.
  • Experience in managing the digital marketing expense report process, including accruals and ensuring all vendors comply with payment terms and deadlines.
  • Ability to lead projects collaboratively across internal and external teams.
  • High attention to detail with the capability to articulate trends and results through data.
  • Ability to execute on tight timelines and adapt swiftly to meet business needs.
  • Strength in project management from inception to completion; capable of following processes, completing project briefs, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience working closely with external agencies, keeping them informed of key objectives, priorities, timelines, and budgets, as well as providing marketing materials and asset delivery on time.
  • Strong understanding of high-converting creative, content, and messaging tailored to specific channels and objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
