Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer experience innovation and excellence across our Human Assisted Offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Implement Operational Management Systems - Develop and implement management systems to monitor business health, customer segments, revenue, and cost.
  • Monitor Critical KPIs - Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive overall performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Design Business Continuity Readiness Playbooks - Create and design playbooks to address disruptions in customer experiences and ensure business continuity.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Efforts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer and expert experiences in Human Assisted Offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Experience, including leading in a matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-moving environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data actively for customer insights, measurement, ROI analysis, and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer champion with a design mindset and demonstrated strengths in product management or experience design.
