Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the Commercial Sales Associate is to serve as the face of the Commercial Sales division, providing exceptional customer service and support to all customers. The Commercial Sales Associate takes orders, provides quotes, handles follow-up interactions, develops relationships with customers, tracks orders, picks orders, maintains product knowledge, and ensures efficient operation of the sales counter on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a timely and professional manner, providing a positive first impression.
  • Assist customers in finding the proper products for their specific needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment within the department, prioritizing customer and staff safety.
  • Complete accurate sales transactions and customer quotes, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Russo Power Equipment's products, services, warranties, and product uses, providing expert knowledge to customers.
  • Correspond with customers through follow-up calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services, maintaining a competitive edge in the market.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, handling multiple customer interactions and tasks simultaneously.
  • Good general computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish/Polish is a plus.
