Job Overview

As a key retail liaison at the store level, you will represent our private label brands. Your primary focus will be on enhancing assortment, ensuring effective distribution, managing retail pricing, and executing promotions for our private brands. This role involves setting objectives to boost distribution and profitability, engaging with existing accounts, and fostering strong relationships. You will operate autonomously, managing resets, remodels, and new store openings. A company vehicle will be provided for your convenience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer support and training concerning private label brands.
  • Organize appointments and plan weekly outreach efforts.
  • Advocate for the benefits of Private Label to surpass established targets.
  • Distribute sales materials and promotional content to all accounts.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by your Manager.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or retail within the grocery sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with grocery retail operations and wholesale practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Outstanding customer interaction skills and professionalism.
  • Capability to work independently and effectively gather relevant data.
  • Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50lbs.
