Regional Director of Technology Solutions

JMT Technology Group is seeking an experienced and energetic relationship builder to join our team as our Regional Director of Technology Solutions in Texas. The successful candidate will work with our team to build relationships and support our clients with technology solutions that make their work more efficient and allow them to make better data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage and build relationships to create opportunities to consult with clients in a way that is advantageous for the client and JMT Technology Group.
  • Integrate with the JMT team, including multiple offices, regions, and verticals.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of clients and competitors in the region.
  • Develop and execute a strategic and tactical plan to promote growth in the region.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for proposal development related to target clients in the region.
  • Support client retention with multiple touchpoints, including presenting new solutions, services, and capabilities, and attending industry events.
  • Advocate for clients, ensuring project managers and project teams are delivering on-time and within budget.
  • Drive revenue and profitability for the region.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust in all levels of an organization.

  • Must be able to travel within assigned geographic territory as well as to other JMT office locations and domestic travel for conferences.

Working Conditions: Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
