Position Overview:
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Sales Function through effective communication with clients, preparing community reports, managing customer inquiries, and providing essential administrative support.

This position is based onsite at one of our communities.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of the sales office, along with related administrative duties.
  • Support daily sales administration tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and facilitate sales team meetings.
  • Handle closing coordination tasks for external lenders.
  • Address routine inquiries from buyers regarding their purchases.
  • Assist in welcoming prospective buyers and presenting community features.
  • Schedule appointments for buyers with design centers and other departments as needed.
  • Effectively communicate customer requests to relevant departments.
  • Greet visitors in sales models as required.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver's License, as driving is essential for this role

Essential Skills:
1 year of relevant experience preferred
Proficiency in computer applications (email, word processing, etc.)
