Your role will involve engaging with social media platforms, participating in grassroots marketing initiatives, and organizing community events. You will also take part in strategic meetings aimed at business development and member recruitment. If you possess skills in photography or design, that would be an added advantage.

This position is centered around relationship building, where establishing and nurturing connections will lead to successful outcomes. A background in the fitness industry is beneficial. To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate must be motivated by achieving sales targets.

WHAT TO EXPECT? We seek an individual with prior experience in direct sales or retail sales. The candidate should be driven to make outbound sales calls and attract prospective members for our workouts.

Success in this role hinges on the candidate's ability to meet sales objectives and maximize commission opportunities. This is a client-facing position, and your availability will need to align with our operational hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and schedule prospective members for upcoming workouts
  • Follow up with current members to ensure satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and return voicemails
  • Maintain inventory and ensure the Club is well-stocked
  • Organize and display merchandise effectively
  • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards during your shift
  • Assist team members with additional tasks as needed
  • Adhere to TITLE Boxing Club dress code during your shift

Job Requirements:

  • Outgoing and positive demeanor (essential)
  • Proven sales experience
  • Marketing expertise is crucial, as this role focuses on generating interest in the Club
  • Ability to follow up on warm leads and create new leads
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with the fitness industry, particularly boxing, kickboxing, martial arts, and group fitness training (highly beneficial)
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving and forward-thinking abilities
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on measurable results
  • High level of accountability and reliability
