Position Overview:
In this role, you will support the Sales Function through effective communication with clients, preparation of community reports, management of customer traffic, and provision of administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support the sales office while performing related administrative duties.
- Assist in the daily management of routine sales administration tasks (e.g., filing, faxing, mailing, typing, scheduling).
- Coordinate meetings for the sales team.
- Handle closing coordination tasks for external lenders.
- Address routine inquiries from buyers regarding various aspects of their purchases.
- Facilitate initial presentations to visitors in the community.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for prospective buyers with design centers, mortgage services, and other departments as necessary.
- Communicate customer requests for information or services to the appropriate departments.
- Welcome customers in sales models as required.

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Relevant licenses or certifications as mandated by the state and/or company.
- Valid Driver's License is essential as driving is a key function of this position.
- Related functional experience: at least 1 year preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications (email, word processing, operations, etc.).
