- Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our front desk, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Two or more years of previous customer service and/or administrative office experience required.
- Skills: High level of computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and other software systems; sales experience and prior training of staff members preferred.
- Certifications: Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification required and will be provided during training.
While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. Noise level is usually moderate.
