Job Opportunity at Frontline Insurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team at Frontline Insurance.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales team by providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage agency setups, changes, and terminations
  • Oversee department processes and ensure accuracy
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and respond promptly to their needs
  • Provide timely responses to sales department inquiries
  • Handle incoming calls and route them as necessary
  • Track and report on various projects
  • Support projects aimed at increasing efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure data entry accuracy and resolve any issues
  • Manage license appointments and terminations
  • Request necessary information from agency partners
  • Process and track check requests and manage co-op advertising coordination
  • Work with the Sales Business Analyst team to enter data in Guidewire and create ad hoc reports in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • Professional Insurance Industry Designation, 440 or 220 insurance license
  • Strong attention to detail
