Sanabria & Associates, PLLC is a rapidly expanding law firm seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to our attorneys and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the company
- Handle all incoming mail and high-volume calls
- Assist in scheduling all attorney calendars
- Greet and assist walk-in clients with completing consultation forms
- Organize and file legal documents
- Take payments
- Detail-oriented and interpersonal skills
- Handle client payments/invoices
- Other duties as requested
- Open to work weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish and English
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Must be computer literate and proficient in spreadsheet applications and word processing
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Efficient communication skills
