As a Sales Manager II at Service Corporation International, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales quotas, increase market share, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their sales targets
Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales team members to improve their sales skills and knowledge
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Strong customer service skills
