Customer Support Coordinator

Catalyst Workplace Activation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing quotes and orders, communicating with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Furniture Pricing and Quoting: Meet with sales representatives to determine quote requirements, prepare accurate pricing and specifications, and create quotes in our operating system.
  • Order Placement and Acknowledgement: Ensure all order information is complete and accurate, generate and send purchase orders to vendors, and facilitate deposits as needed.
  • Order Tracking and Management: Contact vendors to confirm shipping, track shipments, and review order status on a regular basis.
  • Customer Engagement: Notify clients of order status, coordinate delivery, and field daily phone calls and emails from clients.
  • Invoicing and Order Completion: Follow up on outstanding issues, confirm accurate invoicing, and send customer satisfaction surveys upon order completion.
  • Teamwork: Participate in team meetings, work towards team goals, and uphold company values.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years customer service experience required.
  • Design and/or systems furniture experience preferred but not required.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to learn and accurately utilize software.
  • Understanding of discounting and proficient math skills to apply discounting.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent documentation of order details.
  • Responsive communication with all internal and external customers.
  • High level of dependability and attendance; able to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deliverables and projects.
  • Open to feedback and coaching.
  • Able to ask for help when necessary.
  • Consistent high performer.
  • Ability to work independently and be a fully participating team member.
