Position Overview:

We are in search of a seasoned Capture Manager to spearhead our initiatives in securing strategic contracts ranging from $5M to $75M. The successful candidate will closely partner with the delivery team, formulate capture strategies, perform competitive assessments, and supervise proposal development processes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monitor bidding opportunities and advise on bid decisions
  • Influence the RFP and pinpoint strengths and weaknesses in pursuit of opportunities
  • Integrate market intelligence with winning strategies
  • Create capture plans, pricing frameworks, and risk management strategies
  • Oversee and collaborate with the Proposal Manager
  • Contribute to key proposal summaries

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in capture management within the Federal sector
  • Demonstrated project management and interpersonal capabilities
  • Eligibility to obtain and sustain a Top Secret clearance
